大学通识教育的反思和建议

摘    要:通识教育的内涵是融会贯通,即不同学科知识之间能够相互贯通,并使受教育者获得"人之为人"所应具备的价值理念、理性知识、传统文化,以及寻求有意义生活的能力和智慧。当前我国大学通识教育存在片面化、庸俗化、形式化和技术化等许多问题,需要通过价值核心培养、讲授方式变革、评价方式革新、内容模式更新等方法和措施,改进当前大学通识教育的现状,提升通识教育的教学效果,推动大学教育和谐发展。

Abstract:The connotation of general education is to achieve mastery through a comprehensive study of the subjects,which means the interconnection between different disciplines and to get the correct concept of values,rational knowledge,traditional culture and the ability and wisdom to seek a meaningful life which ‘a man' should have.However,there is a unilateral and vulgarizing development tendency in general education at university in China and the teaching is just too technical and goes through the formality seriously.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the current status of university general education through the cultivation of core value and the changing of teaching methods,the innovation of evaluation methods and the updating of content model,so as to promote the teaching effectiveness of general education and push forward the harmonious development of universities.
