| Abstract: | Many problems exist in the pre-school education.It is difficult and expensive to enter kindergartens;the government financial investment is insufficient and unbalanced;the faculty sufficiency is uneven;the teaching quality is of great diversity.All of them influence the realization of equality in pre-school education,whose healthy development requires perfect law and regulations as well as more support in finance,human and material resources. |
