| 摘 要： | 清末新政时期,安徽政府积极举办各项新政,创办习艺所为其中一项。习艺所的创办,对维护安徽社会的稳定、促进安徽实业的发展以及保存民间手工技艺起到了一定的积极作用。但由于生产技术的落后和开办经费的困难,习艺所的积极作用有限。

| Abstract: | In the New Deal period of late Qing Dynasty,the Anhui Government actively organized various new deals,among which was the foundation of the workhouse.The foundation of the workhouse played a positive role in maintaining social stability,promoting industrial development and the preserving the folk craftsmanship in Anhui.However,due to the backward production technology and the shortage of operating funds,the positive role of the workhouse was limited. |
