| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育规模的扩张,大学毕业生就业难问题日益突出,理论界出现了高等教育过度化的呼声。对此从文化的视角进行分析后得出:我国目前出现的高等教育过度化只是一种表象和假象,其根源在于文化的冲突和错位,同时提出了变革制度文化、创新观念文化的对策性建议。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,with the college expansion in China,employment after graduation is standing out increasingly,meanwhile,the voice of over-education in higher education arises in the academic circle.With the analysis on the basis of culture,this article points out that the over-education in higher education in China is just a superficies and a feint,which comes from cultural conflict and at last provides a few pieces of advice on countermeasures. |
