| 摘 要： | 采用调查、访问、统计等方法，探索了中南地区城市居民参与全民健身运动的目的态度、职业与学历状况、次数和时间、体育项目、对社会体育指导员的要求等基本特点和规律，并对现状中存在的主要问题，提出了相应的对策。
