| 摘 要： | 大学校园规划建设项目是国家教育产业的重要组成部分,该类项目具有投入资金大、开发周期长、技术要求高、影响因素多等特点,因此项目投资风险性很大。在这种情况下,项目的风险管理显得尤为重要。因此,在大学校园规划建设项目中要进行全面风险控制与管理,运用先进的管理方法,采取一系列风险防范措施,从而提高建设的有效性、安全性和经济性。
