Comparison and Selection In Technology Licensing and Equity Participation of Scientific and Technological Achievements

This paper analyzes the mode and their advantages and disadvantages taken by researchers in achievements transformation, in particular the advantages and disadvantages of equity participation, conditions required and various ways of technology licensing. Finally it is pointed out that, under present conditions and general cases, technology licensing is a preferred choice. If at a certain development level, converting into equity participation of the achievements would be a good system design.
