企业孵化成熟度测评系统研究

运用管理学原理和运筹学方法,采用特定的指标体系,按照一定的系统程序设计和建立测评模型,对在孵化器中孵化的企业的发展状况、经营成果和效益做出客观、公正和准确的综合评判,判断企业孵化成熟程度,并据此分析和预测企业所存在的问题,是否有继续孵化的价值,是否因孵化成熟而迁出孵化器,从而为高新区和其他孵化器业主筛选待孵项目时提供决策参考,以提高孵化器运行效率。

A Research on the Evaluation Systems on the Incubation of Enterprises

With the aid of the principle of management and the method of operatio nal research and adopting special system of indexes, this paper designs and esta blishes a model of evaluation by a systematic procedure, and makes an impersonal ly, fairly, correctly synthetic evaluation on the development, operational resul ts and benefits of the enterprise incubated. This paper also judges the mature d egree of incubation. Accordingly, this paper analyzes and predicts the problems of the enterprise as well as whether it deserves further incubation or should be moved out of the incubator because of its maturity. Finally, this paper makes s ome suggestions to the high-tech areas and other incubators for their selection of incubation items so as to raise the efficiency of the incubator.
