关怀普及:淡化教育教学实践中的精英化取向

摘    要:教育教学实践中的精英化取向 ,是个已被实践证明的误区 ,它导致教学价值的双重失落、精英人才培养的异化、教育目的论精神的扭曲 ;造成阻抑教育公平理想、助长教育不平等现象、集聚某种教育风险等问题。关怀普及的教育教学必须坚持面向全体未来公民的全面素质目标 ,必须着眼于不同发展水平地区的教育共同发展 ,必须关注职业教育、高等教育乃至成人基础教育。

Abstract:The emphasis on the cultivation of the elite in educational practice has proved to be a mistaken area, which has caused the dual decline of teaching value. It is the alienation of the cultivation of the elite and the distortion of the theory on teaching objectives that have hindered the realization of educational equity, put a premium on the unfair phenomena in the field of education and gathered certain risks in education. The educational practice full of care must adhere to aim of the all round development of every future citizen, aim at the harmonious progress of education in all regions with varied levels of economic development and emphasize vocational education, higher education and basic education for adults.
