| 摘 要： | 1927—1937年，河南省的农田水利建设取得了一定进展，疏浚开挖了一些井泉、渠道，改善了局部地区的农业生产条件。但由于社会动荡、财政困难、机构重叠、法规缺陷及重视不足、破坏严重等原因，这一时期的农田水利建设收效甚微。

| Abstract: | From 1927 to 1937,the construction of irrigation of farmlands made some progress in Henan Province.Many wells,springs and irrigation canals were dug and these improved the condition of agricultural production in some local places.However,the effect of construction of irrigation was very insignificant on the whole,because of social turbulence,deficiency in funds,inefficiency of administration,lapse of law,lack of recognition and more destruction. |
