一人公司的立法探源

自1925年列支敦士登开一人公司立法之先河以来，一人公司便走上了立法之路。随着1892年德国有限责任公司法的颁布，一人公司在各国的立法如同星星之火，逐渐燎亮。但一人公司理论皆来自国外，我国欠缺理论的积淀及实务的养成，因此，本文试图对一人公司国外立法之路径及相关理论进行系统的梳理。

The Way of Legislation of One Member Company

That made a lot of law for one member company since 1925 the Principality of Liechtenstein has established the first one member company. The law has been made in many countries since the limited company law has made in Germany in 1892. But in our country we haven't enough experiences for that. This article has clarified the law of theory and system of one member company.
