| Abstract: | In regard to the civil law responsibility problem on animals' hurting people, There is too much dispute in the practical affair of administration of juatice, This paper theoretically disusses in detail the importand forming document relating to civil law responsiblity of this kind. Especially when the nanagement person and the raising person for animals are not the same one,I put forwardmy own view relating to determining civil law duty. |
