摘    要:"名师出高徒"的教育效应,揭示了教育活动中高品位教师对人才培养的重要作用,专业化程度高的教师更具有一般教师不可比拟的潜在优势。培养专业化教师,提升教师的职业品位,应是每位教师专业发展的目标追求。

Abstract:The effect of "An accomplished disciple owes his accomplishments to his great teacher",has revealed the important effect,the teacher having a highly specialized division of labour educating exercising the middle high-grade teacher to personnel training having forbidden parallel general teacher lurking advantage more.The teacher occupation grade training professionalization a teacher,being advanced,the target should be that every place teacher special field develops runs after.
