| 摘 要： | 音乐教育是素质教育的重要组成部分，高校应普及音乐教育。我国高校音乐教育在教学内容和形式上必须着眼于未来，着眼于民族，正确处理好古、今、中、外几个方面的关系，以适应现代教育和新世纪学生的需要，这是我国高校音乐教育发展的关键。
