摘    要:市场环境突变下的竞争已经成为新时期的主旋律,为了避免在战略管理理论丛林中迷失方向,论述中运用权变的思想和边缘竞争理论作了新的探索。提出:在动态的市场竞争环境下,衡量成功的标志是快速的应变能力。企业应以变应变,以组合的竞争战略出击,并通过控制自己变革的节奏,获得组合的竞争优势,最终立于不败之地。

View on the edge of contingency in corporation strategic management
Abstract:This paper aims at emphasizing on the competing in acute changing enviroment which has become core melody in new era. In order to avoid being mazed in the forest of management theory, What comes to the view has made some exploration through researching on contingency theory and the theory of competing on edge. What view is in point is that the standard to measure success is the quick response capability in the fufure competition. and what every company should do is to create a balance between order and chaos. Then, by controlling reformative rhythm and making use of combinational strategy, One can not only achieve combinational competitive advantage but also achieve success.
