摘    要:如何有效地提高教学水平,教学反思是常用的促进方法。通过全面细致地介绍教学反思的概念、特征和方法,提出了基于反思基础上的教师培训更能有效地提高教师的理论水平与技能技巧,从而促进教学水平的提高。

Abstract:Effectively improve the teaching level, teaching reflection is commonly used to promote this article a more comprehensive introduction to the concepts, characteristics and methods of teaching reflection and based on the reflection on the basis of teacher training more effectively to improve teachertheoretical level and skill sets, thereby contributing to raising the level of teaching.
