A Survey of Life Satisfaction of the Landless Farmers in Nanjing Suburb

The landless farmers' problem,especially their life condition,has caused much concern by various circles.Through the survey on suburban landless farmers in Nanjing,the article draws a conclusion that the landless farmers' life satisfaction is not high in general,especially to their income and life condition,the income has become the key factor that affects the landless farmers' life satisfaction.It also discovers that the landless farmers are not sensitive to the advanced need such as sociality and enjoyment,and that their job environment is far from ideal.So it is necessary to improve the ratio of employment,enhance their need gradation,improve their job environment,in order to change the bad effect on the landless farmers' life caused by land losing.
