我对素质教育、考试评价、高考升学率以及“减负”等教育热点问题之观点

全面推进素质教育要有辩证法思想;需要正确认识传统学校教育和素质教育之间的关系;需要接纳多元的教育价值观念体系;需要冷静地分析升学率问题以及学生学习负担过重问题。我们不忍心学校教育老是停留在应试教育方法上,但在教育思想方法体系所形成的连续塔级结构中,素质教育方法和应试教育方法具有对立统一的关系。素质教育不能拒绝记忆能力和量化评价思想;考试和素质教育是可以相辅相成的。全面推进素质教育首先要从减轻学生学习负担开始,而减轻学生学习负担在教育内部可以有许多作为,比如教材设计、试题编写、降低考试难度、提高课堂45分钟教学效果等。

My Viewpoints on the Quality-oriented Education and Its Hot Interrelated Issues

In order to carry forward the quality-oriented education comprehensively and dialectically,we must understand the relationship between traditional school education and quality-oriented education correctly,admit multiple educational concepts of value,and analyze the rate of entering a higher school calmly and the heavy burden of the students.We can not tolerate that the teaching methods always remain at the examination-oriented education level,but in a ladder structure of all the educational ideology ,quality-oriented education and examination-oriented education are closely related to each other.Quality-oriented education also needs the faculty of memory and quantity evaluation and they can complement each other.We can begin with easing the burden of the students in the process of carrying forward the quality-oriented education,and we can do many things to accomplish this task,such as designing the teaching material,setting the examination papers,lowering the degree of the tests' difficulty ,improving the teaching effect,and so on.
