| 摘 要： | 随着社会化养老需要的强化及内涵的不断拓展,社区老龄工作的内容也在不断增加.但是,目前社区老龄工作基础还比较薄弱,于是针对存在的对人口老龄化问题认识不足、社会保障制度尚不完善等问题,提出一些改进措施.
