| 摘 要： | 新加坡是一个奉行“精英主义”的国家，各行各业的精英在新加坡经济建设中发挥着重要的作用。本分析了精英主义的三种表现，即精英政治、精英教育和延揽国外精英，及其与经济发展的密切关系。
