| 摘 要： | 专家组程序在WTO争端解决机制中居于核心地位，其影响非常巨大。随着专家组程序的运行，很多缺陷和不足也暴露出来，本文着重就专家组的组成、专家组程序的法律特征、专家组的职能、专家组程序暴露出来的问题及其完善与发展几个方面进行探讨并提出一些个人的观点。

And with its operation, the panel procedure of WTO has exposed defects.The article emphatically probes into the composition of panel,the lawful characteristics,the function of the panel procedure,its other problems and its improvement and development, and the auther puts forward some constructive countermeasures. |
