| 摘 要： | 行政管理是高校的三大要素之一,高校行政管理人员在高校现代化进程中有着重要的影响作用,但目前,高校行政人员职业倦怠现象已普遍存在.本文从高校行政人员的工作性质和工作现状入手,着重分析了引起其职业倦怠的具体成因,并提出相应对策.
