| 摘 要： | 辅导员人格魅力是一种非权力影响力,理想状态的人格魅力是影响辅导员对学生进行思想政治教育和日常管理行为有效性的重要因素。积极提升辅导员的人格魅力,最大限度地实现其对于学生教育管理工作中权力影响力的有效补充,对搞好大学生思想教育管理工作具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The counselor's personality appeal is a non-power influence,so the desired personality appeal of a counselor is an important factor in effectively conducting political and ideological work among students and management of their daily behaviors.To promote the counselor's personality enchantment is an efficient complement to the influence in the management of students' education,and of great significance in conducting political and ideological work among college students satisfactorily. |
