| 摘 要： | 拟成果购买制是一种以成果来兑现政府科研资金的新的科研资金投入体制.在分析拟成果购买制中研究成果兑现特点的基础上,研究了已兑现成果的后续影响的评价,并提出对具有较大影响的已兑现成果进行奖励和对于虚假成果进行惩罚的建议.

| Abstract: | The Quasi-purchase system of research outcome is a research funds' system based upon research outcome. The thesis analyses the characteristics of research outcomes' honour under the quasi-purchase system of research outcome. It researches the evaluation of the follow-up impact of the honoured outcome. And make a greater impact on the honoured outcome for incentives and penalties for false results of the proposal. |
