| 摘 要： | 世界金融危机给大学生就业带来严重的影响，建立大学生、学校、企业、政府“四维一体”的就业体系不仅能灵活应对经济形势变化下造成的就业市场波动，而且能对市场人力资源需求及时反馈并作出相应结构性调整。其是解决大学生就业的长效机制。

| Abstract: | When the world financial crisis has brought about serious impact on college students' employment,as a mechanism effective in the long run,the four-party interactive system between university students,schools,businesses,governments shall be established to deal with fluctuations in the job market caused by economy turmoil,and flexibly and timely adjust itself to meet the needs of human resources in the market. |
