| 摘 要： | 高职院校的质量竞争力是高职院校在长期的办学实践中逐步积累而成的,它的构成因素很多,其核心因素主要包括四个方面。教学质量是构建高职院校质量竞争力的核心,学生能力是影响学校质量竞争力的关键,教学管理是实现学校质量竞争力的制度保障,教学设施是实现学校质量竞争力的基础。因而,提升学校的质量竞争力需要全方位的努力。

| Abstract: | The quality competitiveness of higher vocational colleges is gained through gradual accumulation in long-term school-running practice.It has four core elements for the quality competitiveness： the teaching quality is the core,the students＇ ability is the key,the teaching management is the guarantee,and the teaching facilities is the foundation.In order to promote the quality competitiveness,an all-around effort is much needed. |
