| Abstract: | This paper first presents the meanings and relationship of the innovation capability and innovative talents, and then researches on the cultivation mode of typical innovative talents. It also analyses the problems existing in innovative talent cultivation in vocational colleges, and puts forward a two-track innovative talent cultivation mode. In addition, innovation education platforms, synergistic innovation mechanisms and systems are studied. |
