摘    要:教师职前道德养成教育对形成正确的教师职业价值观起着非常重要的作用。通过对教师职前道德养成教育内涵的追问、必要性与必然性的追问以及对教师职前道德养成教育与教师职业价值观关系的追问来探寻教师职前道德养成教育的本质。培养教师正确的职业选择、职业情感、职业信念以及职业幸福感需要经过情感教育、生涯教育及体悟教育,这些体认方式可以使得教师真正懂得教师天然的职业意义。

Research on Ontological Significance and Recognition of Moral Cultivation Education of Pre-Vocational Teachers

Abstract:Moral cultivation education of the pre-vocational teachers plays a very important role m forming positive teachers' occupational value. Through the connotation, necessity and inevitability of questioning of moral cultivation education of pre-vocational teachers, as well as the relationship between moral cultivation education of pre-vocational teachers and teachers' occupational value to explore its essence. Cultivating teachers' correct vocational choices, vocational emotion, vocational belief and vocational happiness needs emotional education, career education and experience education. The recognition methods can make the teachers understand teachers' vocational significance naturally.
