| 摘 要： | 在回顾国内外相关研究的基础上,分析了投资者关系管理对投资满意的作用,构建了相应的理论模型,并以241家上市公司投资者为样本进行了实证检验.实证研究表明,投资者关系管理对于治理结构、财务绩效、投资满意均有积极的促进作用;而且投资者关系管理还通过治理结构与财务绩效间接影响投资满意.

| Abstract: | Based on the review of the relevant researches in the field of investor relation's management,this research analyzed the relationship between investor relation's management and investor satisfaction,developed a theoretical model,and gave an empirical test.A sample of 241 investors of listed companies was used to test the model we presented.The result indicates that investor relation management has a positive effect on governance structure,financial performance and investor satisfaction.At the same time,listed companies'governance structure and financial performance play important roles in building and sustaining investor satisfaction. |
