| 摘 要： | 我国职业教育的倡导者和实践者黄炎培,在丰富的教育实践经验基础上,创建了较为完整的职业教育理论体系,其思想对当今职业教育的发展仍具有重要的现实意义和指导作用。文章提出要大力发展职业教育,坚持社会化办学方针,培养适应市场需求的技术人才;重视个性的差异,使学生具备创新精神和创新能力;以实践为载体,加强道德教育,提高学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Huangyanpei, the advocates and practitioners of Chinese vocational education, created the nearly complete vocational educational theory system on the basis of his rich practical educational experience. That system is of great meaning and guidance to current vocational education's development. In this essay the author put forward that we should develop vocational education energetically and we should persist in socialization of school system, train technical talents that meet the market needs. We should pay attention to their personality differences, give them spirit and capacity of innovation. We should take practice as a carrier, then tighten moral education and enhance their comprehensive quality |
