| Abstract: | Theory of stimulation is an important part of the organisation management theory,it was widespreadly applied to educational management in the universities.At the present,the managers of the universities shold study and grasp the theory of stimulation ,and construct the system of stimulation,arouse the activity of the teachers and students,not only accomplish the tasks of teaching and scientific research,but also cultivate high levels talents to society. |
