| Abstract: | In management,we can find a lot of relations between perceptive theory of gestalt psychology and managerial behaviors.In this essay,therefore,I use three principles of gestalt psychology,which are approaching principle,similar principle,and closing principle,as examples to manifest their relations.By this way, we can discover some potential methods of thinking to lead managerial behaviors to be more effective. |
