| 摘 要： | 为重构理工科高教人才教学模式,以北京航空航天大学研究生培养的实践探索为依据,结合研究生精品课程——高等光学的课堂教学,分析了高等教育面临的诸多问题。并论述了理工科研究生培养需针对学校的特色发展、学位的差异、学生主动性的提高、论文撰写与课堂教学的融合以及社会需求等方面全局考虑,提高研究生的综合素养。

| Abstract: | Based on the practices of graduate cultivation of Beihang University and teaching of excellent course-Advance Optics,we analysed many problems about higher education.The purpose is to reconstruct teaching model of higher education.In order to improve the students′ comprehensive literacy,we must take into account some important factors,such as the characteristics of the school development,degree difference,the improvement of students′ initiative,thesis writing with classroom teaching,the social needs and so on. |
