农村教师专业发展的学校责任和教师责任——基于合作研究的伦理责任视域

以回应教师专业发展需求的伦理责任视域,探索合作研究的责任共负机制,从学校组织和教师个体层面厘清二者对教师专业发展的专业伦理责任。即从确保教育行政决策的伦理性,创建学习型学校,创建合作的教师文化和完善教师评价体系等方面拓展组织功能,从形成专业伦理责任的正确认识,主体发展,立足校本,生成实践知识与智慧和对学生发展承担伦理责任等方面凸显教师专业发展的专业伦理诉求,以此担当专业伦理负责。

Professional Development of Teachers in Rural Schools and Teachers Responsibility of Teachers-Based on the Ethical Responsibility of Cooperative Research Perspective

In response to teachers’ professional development needs of the ethical responsibility view,exploring the cooperative study on the shared responsibility mechanism,from the school organization and teachers’ individual level to clarify the two on the professional development of teachers professional ethics responsibility.Ensure that educational administration from the ethical decision-making,create a learning school,teachers and cultural co-creation and improvement of teacher evaluation system,and so expand the organizational functions,from the formation of a correct understanding of professional ethical responsibility,the main development,based on school-based,practical knowledge and generate wisdom and commitment to ethical responsibility of students to develop other aspects of professional development for teachers and highlights the demands of professional ethics,professional ethics in order to assume responsibility.
