摘    要:教育跟踪是指学校积极地通过各种有效的方法与途径,针对其目标对象——学生,以获取大量的有用信息、维护学校和学生的切身利益为基础而开展的全面调查、分析、评价和反馈等如影随形的人才质量管理活动。它不同于教育测量、教育评价和质量监控,有着自己的基本特征:以学生发展为目标、具有独特的体系以及为毕业生后续教育开辟了空间。提出这一概念是基于市场理论的考虑,更是依据教育的本质、教育主体的性质和教育体制改革等方面因素。它不仅能够帮助改善学校教育质量,有利解决我国目前教育领域中教育结构体系所存在的问题;而且也是社会和学校良性互动的需要,解决毕业生精神补给和就业问题的有效途径。目前,教育跟踪实施过程中需要重点建立和完善各类毕业生的信息数据库、合理动态的跟踪考察制度以及毕业生的再教育制度等。

Abstract:Educational Follow-up is a managerial activity for schools of improving talent’s quality,by obtaining a great deal of useful information,to guarantee relevant interests of schools and students,through all kinds of active and effective methods and approaches,according to the educated object—student.It has its own basic features,different from educational measurement,educational evaluation and quality monitoring,with the development of the individual as the goal,with a unique system and a broadening space for after-education of graduates.This concept is based on the market theories,as well as on elements such as the essence of education and the reformation of educational system.It not only helps to improve educational quality,to solve current problems of educational structures,but also meets the need of interaction between society and school,to provide effective countermeasures for graduate’s spiritual supply and employment.At present,during implementation process of educational follow-up,it is necessarily to establish and promote the data system of all graduates,dynamic reasonable system and re-educational system of graduates.
