| Abstract: | The music education and reform in the primary and middle schools in the countryside and small towns is more backward than that in the cities, which is far from the requiement of the policy of an over-all educaton and running the country with science and education. After investigation and analysis of the reasons, a method has been put forward for reforming the music education in the countryside. |
