高职教育培养目标体系的创建与实现

高职教育必须转变思想，专业技能要具体，就业无需见习期，延伸就业靠内化，学习能力居第一，综合培养挖潜质，素质教育应落实，教学模式要创新，课型，课堂和教师，创建培养目标体系，建立知能子系统，应用控制论调配教学资源，配备相应的教师结构。

Establishment & Realization of Training Aim System in Higher Vocational Education

The students should be educated in the following ways; the specialized skills should be specifies; the future should be successfully taken without having to learn it after the graduation; the skills of the extensive variety of jobs should be taught; the extreme important of the studying ability should be strengthened; the students should be comprehensively trained with their potential being fully developed; the quality education should be implemented earnestly; and the educational ways should be creative in the following aspects courses classes & teachers.The training aim system and the branches of various subjects should be established. The educational resources and the teachers should be allocated with the practice of controlling theory.
