| 摘 要： | 通过对马克思人的本质理论的分析,从人学的角度指出利益在人的发展中的基础性和决定性作用。进而对当前思想政治工作如何把握利益问题,正确认识、对待和引导人们的利益追求,提出了自己的建议,以期进一步增强思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the human essence theory of Marx,and from human angle the paper points out the basic and decisive role of interest in human development.It puts forward its own suggestions such as how to grasp interest problem in the present ideological and political work,how to take a right attitude and direct people's pursuit in interest,so as to further strengthen the aim and actual effect. |
