| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献资料发、问卷调查法、访谈法等，在分析上海社区体育俱乐部社会资源整合现状的基础上，提出上海社区体育俱乐部社会资源整合的路径与对策：社区体育俱乐部应当秉承“以人为本”的社区体育服务理念，充分发挥行政手段与市场手段，通过公益性与用者付费相统一的方式加强社会资源整合，积极构建社区场地资源的整合机制、志愿队伍的培育机制、组织资源的聚合机制等各种社区资源融合机制，建立社区体育俱乐部与居民良性互动关系。 |
