| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、无结构访谈和数理统计方法，对湖南省高校体育教育专业2009届毕业生就业意向状况，以及2007届、2008届毕业生就业走向进行调查与研究。针对毕业生就业情况所存在的问题和不足，分别从政府、学校、体育系、毕业生本人四个方面提出对策和建议。
