| 摘 要： | 团队凝聚力是一种无形的精神力量，是形成团队竞争力的基础，是将一个团队的成员紧密地联系在一起的看不见的纽带。本文旨在通过查阅文献资料以及调查访问等研究方法，以凝聚力理论为分析工具，分析影响足球运动队中团队凝聚力的主观因素，并试图找出能够培养和提高团队凝聚力的方法，希望为以后的足球运动团队凝聚力的培养和提高提供一些具有现实意义的参考。
