| 摘 要： | 目的 观察地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效；方法 采用开放式临床验证的方法；结果 治疗观察56例，显示瘙痒消退率98.97％，红斑消退率98.82％，风团消退率97.64％，皮肤划痕征100％。结论 地氯雷他疋是一种治疗慢性荨麻疹有效的药物，且无明显的不良反应。

| Abstract: | The purpose: observe the curative effects of using desloratadine to cure chronic hives;The method: adopt the method of open clinical verification; The result : After curing and observing fifty cases, it shows that the rate of itch disappearance is 98%; the rate of erythema disappearance is 99%;wheal disappearance 97%; dermatographism disappearance 100%.Conclusion :Desloratadine ia an effective drug for curing chronic hives without obvious side effects. |
