| 摘 要： | 应用“晶”牌月球车脉冲磁疗按摩器,对近极量负荷和乳酸能训练后的31名实验者,进行20分钟的脉冲磁疗按摩,血乳酸浓度较负荷后的即刻值下降了71.26％和66.70％,而静卧休息的对照组则下降25.02％和22.50％,实验组的乳酸消除速率快于对照组2.74倍和3.09倍。经t检验P<0.05,两组间差异具有显著性。实验证明:脉冲磁疗按摩能加快运动负荷后体内血乳酸消除速率,有利于在较短时间内加速恢复过程和机能水平的提高。

| Abstract: | The Moon Car Magnetic Massager was appnea on 31 oojects arter maximalload and lactic acid training. After 20 minutes massage, the value of BLA concentration was reduced for 71. 26% and 66. 70%, while that of the control group was only 25. 02% and 22. 60%, meaning that the BLA decreasing rate with pulsed magnetic massage was 2. 74 and 3. 09 times faster, and the difference was obviously significant (p<0. 05). The results indicate that pulsed magnetic massage can speed up the ridding of BLA inside athelets after being loaded, and is beneficial to a shorter time recovering process and raise of body function. |
