论背越式跳高教学中传统教学方法与表象训练法的综合运用

摘    要:采用文献资料法并结合实践,论述了讲解、示范法本身在教学中存在的不足,采用与表象训练综合运用的方法能充分调动学生的本体感觉器官,提高接受和传出信息的效率,使背越式跳高技术课教学的感知、思维和实践等环节达到有机的结合,有利于调动学生的主动性,提高教学质量,拓宽优化教学方法,充实丰富教学手段。

Abstract:This essay adopts the combination of documentary reference and practice.It discusses the disadvantages of the method of explanation and demonstration in teaching.However,the comprehensive utilization of presentation training can fully mobilize students' sensory organ of natural instincts,enhance students' ability of receiving and sending out information,which will combine the perception,thinking,and practice successfully in back jump teaching in order to manoeuvre students' initiative,enhance the quality of teaching,develop and optimize our teaching,enrich means of teaching.
