| 摘 要： | 影响高校教学质量的因素是多样的，但管理环境则是一个深层次的因素。管理环境影响高校教学质量的主要特征为客观性、整体性和动态性。管理环境影响高校办学观念、体制、内容和形式，给高校教学质量带来了深远的影响；高校在管理中所涉及到的集权与分权、目标与机制、硬件与软件等关系构成的具体环境，则存在着一些共性的问题。章分析了这些问题，并提出了若干对策。

| Abstract: | The factors affecting the quality of teaching in colleges and universities are diverse,of which the management situation is a key factor.The principal features of the management situation affecting quality of teaching in colleges and universities are objectivity,entirety and developments.The writer thinks:the general situation of management affects the concept,the system,the content and the form of running colleges and universities.There are some common problems that specific situation of the management in colleges and universities is composed of the relations between centralization and decentralization,goal and mechanism,hardware and software,etc.The several countermeasures have been proposed here on the basis of analyzing these problems. |
