| 摘 要： | 由于大学女生对所学运动项目的不熟悉、动作失败,以及自我认识不足等原因影响了大学女生自信心的建立,根据体育健康教学的特点和日常教学中的经验,提出了培养大学女生自信能力的建议。

| Abstract: | Its difficult to establish girl students confidence because they are not familiar with sports events,failure in the movements and not knowing themselves completely.The author offers some suggestions to train girl students confident ability of the university according to the characteristic of health sports teaching and my experience in the daily teaching. |
