| 摘 要： | 通过分析高职院校健美操教学存在的问题,提出了高职院校健美操教学改革的设想:更新教学理念,建立与高职院校教育相符合的健美操课程教学目标,改革教学内容,优化教学形式与教学方法以及改革教学评价。
