本科教学评估的文化审视与重构

摘    要:本文通过分析本科教学评估制度层面和操作层面存在的问题发现,由于认识上的误区,导致公众对评估产生质疑,而办学自主权的缺乏、学术自律机制与质量意识的缺失、过于集权的高教管理体制、单一的高教分类分层系统和资源分配机制是产生问题的深层次原因。因此,从集体主义的文化视角来透视我国本科教学评估特有的问题,构建以本科教学评估的外部质量保障体系意义重大。
