体育教学中自我设限研究

摘    要:自我设限是一种保护性归因策略。对自我设限概念进行分析并对体育教学中自我设限研究进行综述,指出自我设限及其在体育教学领域学生及运动员使用自我设限策略的利弊。讨论分析了自我设限及其在体育教学中研究的现状与不足,提出该领域今后研究的发展方向。

Abstract:Self-handicapping is an attributive strategy which people use to protect themselves or their own values. The paper analyzed the concept, probed into self-handicapping in physical education and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages caused by students or athletes who use self-handicapping strategy in physical education So as to discuss present research situation and shortages, in the hope of promoting future directions of self-handicapping in physical education.
