| 摘 要： | 依据农业和农村经济结构的概念和内涵，回顾了建国后我国农业和农村经济结构调整的主要历程，描述了现阶段我国农业和农村经济发展的总体特征，论述了新时期农业和农村经济结构战略性调整的本质以及战略性调整与过去结构调整的显著差异，分析了结构战略性调整的主要障碍因素，提出了主要对策。

| Abstract: | According to the concept and meaning on the structure of agriculture and the village economy, the author looks back the main adjusting course of village economic construction after founding the nation in our country, describes the total character on the economy development of the agricultere and country economy at the present stage in our country, discusses the essence on strategic adjusting the structure of agriculture and village economy in the new period and the prominent difference with the past adjusting strategies, analyzes the main obstacle factor of construction strategy adjusting, proposes some main countermeasures. |
